MARGARINE is ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC

Pass The Butter .. Please.
Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.
It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow colouring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavourings..

DO YOU KNOW.. The difference between margarine and butter?

Read on to the end...gets very interesting!

Both have the same amount of calories.

Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams; compared to 5 grams for margarine.

Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study.

Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods..

Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few and
only because they are added!

Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavours of other foods.

Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years .

And now, for Margarine..

Very High in Trans fatty acids.

Triples risk of coronary heart disease .
Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol)

Increases the risk of cancers up to five times..

Lowers quality of breast milk.

Decreases immune response.

Decreases insulin response.

And here's the most disturbing fact..... HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING!

Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC... and shares 27 ingredients with PAINT

These facts alone were enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).

You can try this yourself:

Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it open in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will notice a couple of things:

* no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)

* it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value ; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic . Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?
I'd rather use Butter in moderation than Plastic (margarine) with abandon!

cacar air = cangkarangen



Aku tertular Cacar Air (Varisela, Chickenpox) dalam bahasa jawa (cangkrangen) adalah suatu infeksi virus menular yang menyebabkan ruam kulit menjadi bintik-bintik kecil dan melepuh berisi cairan gitu. Kira" 3bulan yang lalu okt'09 duh menderitanya diriku ini apa lagi yang jauh dari Orangtua mana gak ada keluarga lagi hikzzz T_T gara-gara virus varicella-zoster jelek yang bikin aq tambah jelek hihihihi. padahal gak ada orang disekitarku yang sakit cacar tapi aq tau-tau ajah ketularan.

Gejala walnya aku kira cuman demam biasa tapi udah 24jam lebih kog demamku gak turun-turun ya??? langsung telepon ibu katanya aku disuruh mimik paraset ma bobo ajah gak usah cape" terusss besok paginya kog punggungQ gatal pas aku garuk kog ada yang pecah + berair apakah ini????? langsung telepon ibuQ n hasil visumnya aq kena cangkrangen=cacar begitu sedihnya aq, kenapa diusia 20 th ini aku terkena penyakit ini?? kenapa g' waktu aku TK atau SD aja kan malu masak tubuhQ bentol" gak mulus lagi badan panas muka bengkak terus selama seminggu + gatalnya nauzubillah!!!! untuk mengatasi penyebaran cacar biar gak terlalu banyak aq gak mandi euii selama 7hari hii njijiki banget. Tapi mau gimana lagi orang kata pk.Dr nya gtu dan aku diisolasi dikamar mulu soalnya sebagian anak" kozan jg belum pernah kena cacar takut mereka tertular.

Dalam seminggu tidak mandi, tidak kuliah, tidak praktikum rasanya benar2 sedih hikzz mana di bandung tidak ada Godong-cangkrang (daun cangkrang untuk mengobati cacar air cukup direbus sebagai campuran untuk mandi ), dari pak.Dr aku diberi resep Acyclovir tablet dan selepnya (lumayan manjur kog) dan disuruh istirahat 2minggu "Oh TIDAK !!!!,, aku cukup istirahat 5hari saja dan melanjutkan aktifitasku seperti biasanya".

Huhuhuhu T_T pertama kali keluar dari kamar isolasi semua orang memandangku aneh, kata mereka "bekas cacarku gak akan hilang" lagi lagi dan lagi aku menangis tapi aku pikir-pikir banyak praktek dr. spesialis kulit yang bisa membantuku jadi aku tidak lagi menghiraukan kaa-kata mereka hihihi, dan aku setiap hari mengkonsumsi anggur dan apel biar kulit ku seperti sedikala.

Aku menunggu sebulan agar bekas cacarku benar mengering dan baru pergi ke dokter kulit,, tapi subhanallah aneh bin ajaib tidak perlu pergi ke dokter kulit,, bekas cacarku sudah hilang ^_^ Terimakasi ya Allah. Teman-temanku pada heran dikiranya aku pake obat muka penghilang luka padahal cukup dengan terapi buah makan banyak apel, anggur, alpukat, dicampur 150 ml yoghurt jadi salat buah yang amat nyummmy dan kulitku kembali cantik >_<>

(Don't apply lemon juice however, if the skin on your lips is cracked. Ouch!) Applied on your skin, lemon juice can also help prevent sunburn. Lemons are a key ingredient in effective liver cleanses.
